Right to withdraw from the contract
According to the regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason.
Return Policy
Returned products must be unused and unopened (especially perfumes). The product must be in its original packaging, with the seal intact, if applicable.
Return procedure
To make a return, please contact customer service using the form or email. Once your return is confirmed, please return the product to the indicated address along with your proof of purchase.
Cost reimbursement
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product and confirmation of its conformity. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
Products excluded from return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened perfume bottles, products that have been tested or damaged due to the customer's fault.
Complaints
If a product is faulty or does not match the description, please contact us. Complaints are reviewed individually within 14 days of receipt.
